Detailed Description

The Eggbutt Snaffle is probably the most widely used snaffle bit, and Jeremiah's is one of the best. The main benefit of the eggbutt shape is that the chance of the lip being pinched between the mouthpiece and bit ring is lessened. With this bit, Jeremiah has taken his basic training bit and added his distinctive stainless and black floral engraving pattern on the stainless steel dees. The 5” mouth has copper inlay and 3/8” diameter mouthpiece. Jeremiah Watt has become famous not only for his steel and silver engraving, but also for the quality and feel of his bits. His bits will never pinch, move smoothly, and are perfectly weighted for the best action and feel. The recessed areas on all of the engraved bits have been hand darkened to better show off the pattern.
