Montana Canvas is located in Southwest Montana. Their wall tent and wall tent frame designs are the result of extensive field testing by expert field staff and professional guides who rely on their products. We have used and sold their wall tents and frames for the last 18 years. If there was a better wall tent or wall tent frame on the market, we would carry it.
Like the wall tent frame, the Porch frame design created by Montana Canvas drastically reduces set up time and enables one person to do the job alone without tools. This freestanding frame gives you unobstructed floor space and no center uprights to interfere with the door opening. Built to last a lifetime, the poles of these frames are constructed of rugged, lightweight, hardened aircraft aluminum, while the joints are made of galvanized steel. These frames are designed to be as lightweight as possible without sacrificing strength.
Standard Porch Frames are shipped in a vinyl storage/carry bag and the longest piece is approximately 5 feet. For anyone packing a tent frame on a horse, a mule or an ATV, the standard length of the poles can be a problem to load and transport. The Pack Style Porch Frame can simplify packing the frame. With a Pack Style frame, all poles have been cut such that no piece is longer than 40 inches. The frame may weigh slightly more from the extra hardware for joining more pieces.
