Bad zippers 5/20/2019
I'm on my 2nd set of the TrailMax 500 Series Back Pockets saddlebags. Zippers tore up on both within a few months of use. Also own the TrailMax 500 Series "Front Pocket" and "Cantle Pocket." Zippers tore up on those as well. Love the design, look, material, size and construction of these bags. But the terrible zipper quality makes them worthless.

I am so sorry that you had trouble with the zippers. We did learn that the waterproof covering on these zippers initially did not hold up as well as necessary; once dirt and horsehair get between the covering and the zipper teeth it would fail. We have improved the zipper quality, using a heavier-duty zipper, and have had much better luck. Please contact us and we will get the defective bags that you have replaced for you.
