Triple-ply poly webbing strap with heavy duty buckle is ideal for hanging pack panniers. Strap will shorten enough for use with Decker hooks, or can be lengthened for use on a modified Decker tree or sawbuck pack saddle. Strap is made of 3 layers of heavy polyester webbing, 1-1/2 inches wide by 28" long. We use these ourselves on our TrailMax pack panniers and Pack-A-Saddle. Sold as each.
