The 100% machine washable virgin wool blend pile fabric was specifically designed to stand up to the harsh rigors of everyday riding. This extra heavy pad provides the ultimate pressure relief and protection for the horse or mule's back under heavy loads. Felt inserts provide extra cushioning under the bars. The natural wool naturally absorbs and rapidly wicks away moisture.

100% VIRGIN WOOL  -  Due to its porosity, wool is naturally breathable, allowing continuous air circulation and the release of moisture during use. Unlike any other fiber, natural wool has minute "barbs" that grip the hair on your horse's back to keep the wool saddle pad from slipping.

EXTRA CUSHIONING  -  Thick, removable felt inserts provide ultimate cushioning under the bars of the pack saddle.

EASY CARE - Remove felt inserts. Machine wash gentle cycl, tumble dry low heat.
