Refund policy

At Outfitters Supply we pride ourselves with providing high quality products for our customer’s packing needs.  As we want our customer to be satisfied with our products, please see below for our 30 day return policy.

Return policy:

1)      Customer must provide proof of purchase from Outfitters Supply.

2)      Returned items must be in new condition and with original packaging.

3)      Outfitters Supply does not issue refunds for used products.

4)      Custom orders are non-refundable (i.e. Cut to Size: Straps, Webbing, Ropes etc.)

5)      Returns must be shipped to Outfitters Supply at the customer’s expense or returned in store.

6)      Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Our products are designed and crafted with quality and longevity in mind.  As we stand by the quality and design of our products, each TrailMax and Outfitters Supply item comes with a limited 6-month warranty.

Warranty policy:

1)      Warranty covers Outfitters Supply and TrailMax items only.

2)      Customer must provide proof of purchase from Outfitter’s Supply.

3)      Warranty covers manufacturer’s defects as determined by Outfitters Supply.

4)      Merchandise must be in like new condition.

5)      Customer is responsible for shipping of defective merchandise to Outfitters Supply so that our qualified staff may identify the defect and determine if a possible refund or replacement falls within the warranty.

6)      Warranty does not cover misuse of product, wrecks, or damage incurred on the trail.
