This 22" cinch strap is ideal for securing pack panniers underneath the belly. Available both as a cinch only (WPA147 A), or with straps and dees (WPA147 B). The straps and dees will allow you to use the bottom ring on your saddle or pack panniers to secure them down. Cinch has 2" wide 4 ply webbing. Felt is 2½" wide and ⅝" thick. Attachment straps are 1½" wide by 37" long.
