Each universal Decker pack saddle quarter strap is hand cut out of the very best quality Hermann Oak Old Harness leather available. A quarter strap is typically used to connect the breeching on a pack saddle to the rigging ring or cinch. This leather pack saddle quarter strap features one 1" stainless steel Conway buckle on each end and multiple holes punched in one end for easy adjustment.
